Who We Are
A Metal Contractor Built on Practical Experience
O'Brien Fabrications Ltd. is a full-service metal contractor servicing Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, and surrounding areas since 1989. We specialize in custom metal fabrication, welding, commercial HVAC, and metal roofing and siding projects.
Started by Mike O'Brien and Bill Green, O'Brien Fabrications opened its doors for business in Guelph in July 1989, with 2 employees, 1 pickup truck, and a 1,000 square foot shop. At that time, the primary source of business was supplying and installing metal roofing and siding work for Wm. Green Roofing Ltd., our partner company.
Gradually, our business grew to include all types of HVAC work, CWB certified welding and fabrication, as well as specialty metal projects. Today, we are a thriving company with approximately 30 employees and an 8,000 square foot shop which includes welding, HVAC, and metal roofing and siding departments.
